QualifyLoop for HubSpot
AI chat that names the company on your site, asks a few discovery questions, books a meeting and writes the contact to HubSpot. Here's what it syncs and when HubSpot's own tools are enough.
Quick answer
QualifyLoop adds an AI chat agent to your site and creates or updates HubSpot contacts from each conversation, matching on email and then website domain. It pulls each contact's lifecycle stage back every six hours or on demand. It doesn't sync companies, deals or transcripts. If you already pay for HubSpot Professional and only need chat, start with Customer Agent.
What syncs
| Direction | Data | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| QualifyLoop → HubSpot | Contact: email, first name, website | Upsert by email, then by website, so returning visitors update one record |
| HubSpot → QualifyLoop | Contact lifecycle stage | Shown on the account; every 6 hours or by clicking Sync CRM |
| Not synced | Companies, deals, tickets, chat transcripts, meetings | Transcripts stay in the rep console |
QualifyLoop requests only two HubSpot scopes: crm.objects.contacts.read and crm.objects.contacts.write. It isn't listed on the HubSpot App Marketplace yet, so you connect through the OAuth link in settings.
Setup
- Create a free QualifyLoop workspace and add the script tag to your site.
- In settings, click Connect HubSpot and approve the two scopes.
- Connect a Google Calendar so the agent can book.
- Add routing playbooks, for example sending
/pricingchats straight to your team.

Which should you use?
- Use HubSpot's tools if your whole stack is HubSpot, you're on Professional or above, and you want rep ownership handled natively.
- Use QualifyLoop if you're on a lower HubSpot tier and want AI qualification now, or if part of your company uses Salesforce.
Warmly, which combines identification with AI chat, announced an agreement to join HubSpot on June 30, 2026, so HubSpot's native options may grow. See who owns what in conversational AI.
Frequently asked questions
Can chatbots book meetings in HubSpot?
Yes. HubSpot's rule-based chatbots have a Book a meeting action that shares a meetings link. It books inside the chat only when conditions are met, such as no extra custom fields on the link; otherwise the visitor goes to an external booking page.
Can QualifyLoop see HubSpot deals?
No. It reads and writes contacts and pulls lifecycle stage. It doesn't request deal scopes.
Does QualifyLoop work with the free HubSpot CRM?
The integration uses standard contact APIs, which aren't tied to a paid tier. Check that your portal allows connecting third-party apps.
