QualifyLoop vs Qualified
Qualified is the mature, Salesforce-owned category leader. QualifyLoop is an early-stage, free-to-start option for mid-market teams. We make QualifyLoop, so here's exactly where each one wins.
Quick answer
Choose Qualified if you're an enterprise standardized on Salesforce with a five-figure budget and need mature routing, an email agent and enterprise security reviews. Choose QualifyLoop if you're a mid-market team on HubSpot or Salesforce that wants AI chat, company identification and meeting booking live today, free to start, and can accept an early-stage product with fewer features.

When Qualified is the better choice
- Your company runs on Salesforce and wants the agent inside that stack as Salesforce folds it into Agentforce.
- You need rep-level routing, multiple calendars or Outlook.
- Procurement requires SOC 2, SSO or a vendor with a long track record.
- You need the agent trained on your own product and messaging.
When QualifyLoop is the better choice
- A five-figure annual contract isn't realistic, or you want to prove the motion before buying one.
- You run HubSpot, or a mix of HubSpot and Salesforce, and don't want a Salesforce-first tool.
- You want to be live today, with no sales call.
- One team calendar and team-level routing are enough for your volume.
What QualifyLoop can't do yet
If any of these is a requirement, QualifyLoop isn't ready for you:
- Custom agent training. The agent asks fixed discovery questions and isn't trained on your product content.
- Assigning to a named rep. Playbooks choose AI or your human team; there's no round robin or owner matching.
- Multiple calendars or Outlook. Booking uses one connected Google Calendar per workspace, and slots are generated in UTC.
- Deep CRM objects. It syncs HubSpot contacts and Salesforce leads, not deals, opportunities or transcripts.
- Enterprise controls. No SOC 2, ISO 27001, SSO or EU data residency.
- Hot scoring on the free tier. Scores top out at warm without paid company data.
Cost example
A team handling 1,500 AI conversations a month pays $349 + (500 × $0.25) = $474 a month on QualifyLoop Business, about $5,700 a year. Reported Qualified Premier contracts run $40,000–$68,000 a year before Salesforce licenses and add-ons. The gap is real, and so is the feature gap above. See the full Qualified pricing breakdown.
