Best Inbound AI SDR Tools for Mid-Market Teams (2026)

An inbound AI SDR talks to people already on your website, qualifies them and books the meeting. Prices run from free to over $40,000 a year, so the right pick depends on your budget, CRM and how much control you need.

Quick answer

For enterprise Salesforce teams, Qualified is the mature choice. With $25K–$50K a year, evaluate Docket, Breakout and Warmly. HubSpot Professional customers should try Customer Agent first. For support-led teams, Fin charges per outcome. To start free on HubSpot or Salesforce, QualifyLoop is built for that, with fewer features. No independent benchmark compares these tools, so test on your own traffic.

What counts as an inbound AI SDR

"AI SDR" covers very different software. Close counts at least four types, and outbound email agents such as 11x or Artisan do a different job. This guide covers tools that do three things for website visitors: hold a real conversation, assess fit and book a meeting or hand off.

The tools

Qualified

The category leader, owned by Salesforce since April 2026. Piper works across web and email, with mature routing and buyer-group features. Best for enterprises standardized on Salesforce. See Qualified pricing.

Warmly

Pairs person- and company-level identification with AI chat. Inbound Chat starts at $20,000 a year and AI Inbound Autopilot at $30,000. Warmly announced an agreement to join HubSpot on June 30, 2026, so weigh that if you run Salesforce. See Warmly alternatives.

Docket

Agent on your site, with voice, text, slide and video conversations, Google or Outlook calendars, and vendor-led onboarding of 10–20 days. Pricing includes implementation and unlimited conversations, which suits high volume.

Breakout

Combines deanonymization and buying-group identification with an inbound AI SDR. Signals starts at $500 a month and Growth at $2K. The pricing page's metadata shows higher figures, so confirm.

Chili Piper

Known for routing and scheduling. Scale, from $42,000 a year with 30 seats, adds 24/7 Chat AI and company identification. Makes most sense if you also need its routing.

Fin (formerly Intercom)

Support-first and owned by Salesforce since September 2026. Per-outcome pricing is easy to trial, but at $9.99 a qualification, high qualification volume adds up. Best if one agent will handle support and sales.

HubSpot Customer Agent

The default to test if you're on HubSpot Professional or Enterprise. It's reported at 50 credits per resolved conversation, drawn from a pool shared with other HubSpot features. It doesn't help teams on Salesforce.

QualifyLoop

Our product. Combines a free company lookup, an AI agent that books mid-chat, routing playbooks and HubSpot or Salesforce sync, from $0. Honest limits: it's early-stage, the agent asks fixed discovery questions and isn't trained on your product, it books on one Google Calendar per workspace, playbooks choose AI or your team rather than a named rep, and scores top out at warm without paid company data.

Which ones do the whole job in one product?

If you want identification, AI qualification and booking without stitching vendors together, the candidates are Qualified, Warmly's chat plans, Breakout's Growth plan, Chili Piper Scale, and QualifyLoop. Docket focuses on the conversation and adds target-account data through Demandbase on Pro.

How to run a fair trial

  1. Pick your top three questions from real sales calls and ask each agent them.
  2. Run it on the pricing and demo pages first, with a human fallback.
  3. Measure qualified meetings held and pipeline created, not conversations started.
  4. Check what reaches your CRM, and review 50 transcripts by hand.

We make QualifyLoop, so weigh this accordingly. Prices come from each vendor's public pricing page, checked November 2026, unless marked as reported. We haven't run every tool hands-on, and vendors change prices often, so confirm before buying. Spot an error? Email hello@qualifyloop.com.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best inbound AI SDR?

It depends on budget and CRM. Qualified is the mature choice for enterprise Salesforce teams, HubSpot Customer Agent suits HubSpot Professional customers, Docket, Breakout and Warmly suit mid-market budgets of $25K to $50K a year, and QualifyLoop offers a free start with fewer features.

Which AI SDR tools aren't priced per seat?

Fin charges per outcome, QualifyLoop per AI conversation, HubSpot Customer Agent in credits, and Docket and Breakout by plan. Chili Piper uses a platform price with included seats.

Can an AI chatbot book a meeting during the chat?

Yes. Qualified, Docket, Breakout and QualifyLoop all list booking from the conversation. Check whether the tool books a real slot or only shares a link, and which calendars it supports.
