QualifyLoop for Salesforce

AI chat that writes qualified conversations to Salesforce as Leads. Here's what it syncs, what it doesn't, and when a Salesforce-native tool is the better choice.

Quick answer

QualifyLoop creates or updates Salesforce Leads from each conversation, matching on email and then company, and pulls Lead Status back every six hours or on demand. It doesn't touch Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities or custom objects. If you're standardized on Salesforce and need that depth, look at Qualified or Agentforce.

What syncs

QualifyLoop → SalesforceLead: email, first name, last name, companyUpsert by email, then by company. Company holds the visitor's domain, and a missing last name is written as "Unknown" because Salesforce requires one

Authentication

QualifyLoop connects through a Salesforce External Client App using OAuth with PKCE and refresh-token rotation. It requests the api and refresh_token scopes. It's verified against a Salesforce Developer Edition org and isn't on AppExchange, so your admin may need to approve the app. Test it in a sandbox or developer org first.

Lead data to expect

Because the Company field holds a domain and anonymous chats can create leads, add a filter or assignment rule for these records. Teams with strict data-quality rules should test required fields and validation rules first, since a rule that rejects the write will stop the lead from syncing.

When to choose a Salesforce-native tool instead

Choose QualifyLoop if you want to test AI chat cheaply before a larger commitment, or if a business unit on Salesforce needs a light tool without a platform project.
