Conversational pipeline platform

Turn the companies already on your site into booked meetings.

Waypoint identifies the account behind an anonymous visit, qualifies it with an AI agent, routes the ones worth a rep's time, and books the meeting — all inside the chat widget. Priced on conversations that convert, not seats.

  visitor → pipeline
01

Identify

Reverse-IP resolves the visitor's company — free DNS tier first, paid enrichment only on a miss.

02

Score

Firmographics + intent signals weight the account hot / warm / cold on every visit.

03

Qualify

The AI agent asks the qualifying questions and captures the buyer's email once.

04

Route

Playbooks match tier, page path, and campaign — good accounts skip straight to a human.

05

Book

The agent checks a connected calendar and books a real slot mid-conversation.

The gap

98% of your traffic leaves without a word.

Forms lose the fit ones

A director-level buyer from a target account fills out "Contact us" and waits a day for a rep to notice. Most don't wait.

Chat tools don't know who's talking

Generic live chat treats a Fortune 500 evaluator and a student doing research exactly the same. Your reps burn hours sorting it out.

Enterprise tools price you out

The platforms that do this well start at five figures a month on annual contracts — built for enterprise Salesforce shops, not mid-market teams.

Product

Everything between "visitor" and "meeting booked."

One platform, full suite. No stitching six point tools together.

Company identification

Team Cymru DNS lookup resolves IP → company for free; a paid reverse-IP provider fills the gaps only when the free tier misses.

Live

Account scoring

Company size and reverse-IP confidence weight each account hot / warm / cold, recomputed on every identify and surfaced in Slack and the inbox.

Live

AI qualification agent

Gemini 2.5 Flash runs the conversation, asks your qualifying questions, and calls real tools — list_available_meeting_times, book_meeting — to close the loop.

Live

Account-based routing

Playbooks match on tier, page path (/pricing), and UTM campaign — any combination ANDs together. Matching chats skip AI and go straight to a rep.

Live

Meeting booking

Connect Google or Microsoft calendar over OAuth. The agent offers genuinely-open slots and writes a real calendar event plus a booking record.

Live · Google

Buyer groups & reporting

Every identified contact links into the account's buyer group with a buying role (economic buyer / champion / …). Reports show conversion by tier, deal value, decision-maker coverage, and a 14-day trend.

Live

Bidirectional CRM sync

Push contacts and leads into HubSpot or Salesforce (upsert, no duplicates), and pull the deal/lifecycle stage back onto the account.

Live

Outbound follow-up

Chat ends with no meeting but a known email? Waypoint runs a 3-touch sequence (day 0 / 2 / 5) over Resend, and cancels the rest the moment a meeting gets booked.

Live · 3-touch

Click-to-call voice

A visitor drops their number, Twilio calls them, and on pickup bridges straight to your team's forwarding line. No softphone, no mic permissions.

Code-complete

Chrome extension

On any LinkedIn company page, a badge shows tier, CRM stage, and known contacts if that domain is already in your pipeline.

Code-complete

Privacy & compliance

Consent-gated enrichment, cascading right-to-delete, visitor self-service erasure, and a nightly retention purge — GDPR / CCPA §9 built in, not bolted on.

Live

Rep console

Click any conversation for full thread history, a live WebSocket join, reply-as-rep, and a one-click "take over from AI" handoff.

Live

How it works

Three steps to live.

Drop in the snippet

Sign up, set your brand color, company name, and welcome message, and copy one <script> tag onto your site. The widget is 7.3 KB and loads async.

Connect CRM & calendar

OAuth into HubSpot or Salesforce and Google or Microsoft calendar. Set routing playbooks — "cold → AI, warm/hot → rep", "page /pricing → rep".

Watch pipeline form

Visitors get identified, qualified, and routed. Meetings land on your reps' calendars. Contacts and stages sync both ways. Reports fill in.

vs Qualified

Same job. Built for a different buyer.

Qualified is the category leader for enterprise Salesforce orgs. Waypoint is the full-suite version for mid-market teams who want usage pricing and a free start.

Honest gaps: Qualified's buyer-group model supports assigned buying roles (economic buyer / champion), its reporting is deeper, and it has years of enterprise hardening. Waypoint trades that maturity for price, speed, and a segment Qualified doesn't chase.

Pricing is drafted and shown in-app; payment collection isn't wired yet — pilots run free. A paid reverse-IP data provider (for the company-size scoring term) and Twilio for voice are pass-through vendor costs on top.

Roadmap

Waypoint is Phase 0 — built, hardened, and live-smoke-tested against production. These are the known gaps to parity and general availability, sorted by priority, with the vendor cost each one carries.

Custom domain + move off pages.dev High Production widget URL, branded settings page, sender domain for outbound email. Domain ~$12/yr · Resend verified domain free tier

FAQ

Questions

How does company identification work without a data vendor?

Waypoint starts with a Team Cymru DNS lookup that maps the visitor's IP to the network operator's organization — free, no API key. That catches a large share of corporate traffic. Only when the free tier returns nothing does it fall back to a paid reverse-IP provider, and only past an engagement threshold (2+ pageviews or a chat open), so you're not paying for bounces.

Is the AI agent actually booking meetings, or just suggesting times?

Booking. The agent does real function-calling: it calls list_available_meeting_times against your connected Google or Microsoft calendar, offers genuinely-open slots by index, and calls book_meeting to write a real calendar event and a booking record. It hands off to a human the moment a rep takes over.

What CRMs are supported?

HubSpot and Salesforce, both bidirectional. Waypoint pushes contacts/leads (upsert by email then domain, so returning visitors update one record instead of spawning duplicates) and pulls the deal or lifecycle stage back onto the account. Salesforce uses the modern External Client App flow with PKCE and refresh-token rotation.

How is this priced compared to Qualified?

Qualified is seat-based on an annual contract with five-figure minimums, built for enterprise Salesforce orgs. Waypoint is usage-based: a free Starter plan, then you pay per AI conversation above your plan's included volume. Every plan has the full feature suite.

What about GDPR / CCPA?

Enrichment is consent-gated — /identify refuses until the visitor row has consentGranted=true. Right-to-delete cascades across visitor, sessions, conversations, messages, and the buyer-group contact record. Visitors can trigger their own erasure from the widget. A nightly job purges data past the retention window.

Can I self-host or is it SaaS only?

SaaS. The API runs on Cloud Run, the widget and settings page on Cloudflare Pages, data in Neon Postgres. The whole stack is designed to sit near-zero idle cost — one warm chat-serving instance is the only standing spend.

What's the current maturity?

Phase 0: built, hardened, and live-smoke-tested against a real production deploy — real Postgres, real OAuth dances with HubSpot / Salesforce / Google, real Gemini agent, real WebSocket chat. Not yet through a paid pilot. The roadmap lists every known gap.
